Where To Visit In Uganda

Uganda has very excellent parks that every visitor will live to behold. It’s also home to one of the greatest endangered species in Africa, the Chimpanzee. These animals are the very highly regarded in the apes family as they are said to be very close to humans. They are also one of greatest attraction to visitors in this country. Visitors can observe their peculiar habits of caring for the young ones, climbing trees and feeding.

Uganda’s national parks are evenly distributed. There is the Queen Elizabeth National park that is very famous chimpanzees, lions, elephants, birds, crater lakes with flamingoes. The other park is Murchison Falls National Park. Here you will meet the Goragung and Karuma Falls and also get to see chimpanzees, Nile crocodiles, lions, leopards and others. There is Kidepo National Park where one can get to see the cheetah, kudu, elephants and zebras. You will also enjoy watching birds and there over 200 species of them in this park.

Uganda is not easy to just exhaust going round. There are still other parks like Lake Mburo National Park that you will enjoy watching the impalas, topi, buffalo, zebra, crane and the marabou stork. You can also enjoy rides in Lake Mbuno in canoes. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park is also another one. Here you will watch the mountain gorilla, chimpanzee, blue –tailed and red tailed birds, butterflies, reptiles and others. The other two national parks are Mgahinga and Mt. Ruwenzori National Park. In the latter you will enjoy climbing, trekking and unique scenery walks.
