Trinidad and Tobago are archipelago states found in the southern Caribbean. They border the famous Barbados, Guyana and Venezuela islands. They consist of two main islands. They cover an area of 5,128 km and have an estimated population of 1.5 million. Trinidad is the largest and most populous island while Tobago is the smallest with just 5% of the entire population. The country was colonized by the Spanish and was discovered by Christopher Columbus back in 1800.

Trinidad and Tobago have wonderful terrains which are a mixture mountains and plains. One of the areas to visit is Northern Range at El Cerro del Aripo that rises 940m and it’s the highest point in the country. The southern lowlands consist of oil and natural gas deposits. The Southern Range stand on this area and contains a chain of hills the most notable being Trinity Hills. The area has sandstones, shale and siltstones. There are also mud volcanoes and Oil sands in the area. The hotels and villas are also top of the game.
